Home Safety Checklist

☐ Install grab bars in bathroom
☐ Improve lighting (100-watt bulbs, nightlights)
☐ Secure stair railings both sides
☐ Clear walkways of clutter, cords
☐ Non-slip mats in shower/tub
☐ Store frequently used items at waist level
